Various notifications have been received in relation to the Japanese Golden Week holiday that has been declared in Japan, which this year this has been extended in order to celebrate the abdication of Emperor Akihito. As a result of this, Japanese stock markets will be closed throughout the period and a number of funds are subsequently being temporarily suspended from 26/04/2019 to 03/05/2019.

We have received notification from Aberdeen that effective 18/12/2017 they will be changing the name of the R2 and D2 share classes to A and X share classes respectively. Please follow the link for a breakdown of the changes for all share classes affected.
From 01/03/2018 Old Mutual are introducing a ‘Fixed Ongoing Charge’ across a number of their funds. This single figure will replace the existing annual management charge (‘AMC’) and the administration costs of the funds. There will be no change to the funds’ Ongoing Charge (OCF) as a result of the move to a Fixed Ongoing Charge. Follow the link for a list of affected funds.

We have received notification from Janus Henderson Investors of upcoming name changes to all Henderson fund ranges domiciled in the UK, Luxembourg, Singapore and Ireland, with an effective date of 15/12/2017. We have received notification from Vanguard Investment Manager regarding changes to the pricing of the Vanguard Investment Series Funds. With immediate effect, Vanguard are changing the pricing from Single to Swing. This means that, where there are sales or purchases that exceed the threshold, the price will be adjusted to counteract the potential impact on the fund. This change is being made because Swing Pricing is widely used throughout the fund industry and they believe it is a fair way of allocating the costs of dealing in the Fund’s investments. The implementation of Swing Pricing is across all Ireland and UK domiciled fund ranges, excluding ETFs. Please follow link for a list of those Funds affected.
We have received notification from Baillie Gifford that, with effect from 01/10/2017, they have reduced the Annual Management Fee for a number of their UK OEIC and Irish UCITS funds.
BlackRock Collective Investment Funds will be named iShares Collective Investment Funds as of 30/06/2017. The iShares rebranding will be passed on to all sub funds as of the effective date.
In accordance with the change of Authorised Corporate Director from Cavendish Asset Management to TUTMAN LLP effective as of 2/05/2017 several funds are changing name.
We have received notification from Invesco Perpetual of the conversion of all gross share classes to the equivalent standard share class. The conversion is effective as of the weekend of 27/05/2017.
